As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, BASC Imaging has made some changes to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff.
HOURS OF OPERATION
BASC Imaging will be open Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Some limited Saturday appointments are available upon request.
STOP BEFORE ENTERING
Those who visit our clinic will notice a stop sign on the door with some questions to consider before entering the building. Please be sure to read this posted notice carefully and adhere to the instructions before entering our facility.
PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE
At this time, we are asking all patients, and those that visit us, additional screening questions at the time of scheduling and upon arrival to our facility. Click on the button below to download the form.
COVID-19 PRE-SCREENING FORMIN-PERSON TEMPERATURE CHECK
As an additional screening measure, we will be taking temperatures of staff members and each patient prior to their scans to ensure that they are healthy and not in danger of transmitting COVID-19.
LIMITING VISITORS
Along with the other BASC-related facilities, we ask that you do not bring additional people with you to your appointment. If you need an additional person for transportation or other immediate need, please contact BASC Imaging prior to your appointment.
RE-SCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to re-schedule your scan for any reason, please give our office a call during our updated business hours and we will do our best to accomodate you.
