    We want to assure you that the safety of patients, visitors, and staff is our top priority. Following updated CDC recommendations and guidelines, policies and procedures have been established to enhance protection against the spread of this virus and create a safe environment for everyone.

    All patients and visitors will be greeted by staff at the door where a health screening will be performed that includes temperature taking and questions about symptoms you may be experiencing on the day of your surgery or procedure.  If you have been exposed to a Covid positive patient, have traveled outside of New England (NH.gov travel rules) within the 14 days prior to surgery/procedure, or developed symptoms yourself,  you will be asked to reschedule your surgery/procedure. 

    We understand the concerns that patients may have about the Covid-19 pandemic as business returns to a “new” normal here at the BASC.

    • All patients, visitors, staff, and providers are asked to wear masks at all times (unless asked to remove).
    • Hand sanitizer is available at several locations throughout the facility.
    • We may ask for visitors/rides to wait in their cars or return for pick-up.
    • Limited waiting room access at this time.
    • One parent/guardian is allowed to accompany minors and patients with disabilities.
    • Social distancing practices in waiting room areas.
    • Increased sanitation of waiting room, restrooms, and high touch surfaces throughout the day.
    • Staff and providers are following rigorous protocol for handwashing and hand sanitizing.

    We will continue to adjust our plan of care for our patients and visitors as the pandemic evolves and through guidelines from the CDC.
